  • Yes! We offer integrative care for the whole family. From childhood nutrition and immunity to adult hormone balance and chronic illness support, we aim to create long-term wellness for every stage of life.

  • Your first visit is a 45-minute comprehensive health review. We’ll go over your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll receive personalized recommendations and may be offered specialty lab testing to gain deeper insight into your health.

  • Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth visits for your convenience. Virtual visits are available to Wisconsin residents and may be ideal for follow-ups, lab reviews, or busy families.

  • We are a cash-based (credit/debit accepted) practice and do not bill insurance. However, you may use your HSA/FSA and we can provide a superbill if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

  • We utilize advanced functional labs, including:

    • GI-MAP stool testing

    • Hormone Panels (saliva, urine, or blood)

    • Food sensitivity testing

    • Nutrient and toxin panels

    • Thyroid and metabolic testing

    Lab costs are not included in consultation fees and vary based on the test.

    • 30 minutes: Brief lab review or minor updates.

    • 45 minutes: Moderate case management or deeper plan adjustment

    • 60 minutes: Complex cases, multiple concerns, or full program revisions.

    We will guide you to the best fit based on your needs.

  • You can schedule online through our website or call our office directly. Once scheduled, you’ll receive access to your patient portal to complete intake forms and access lab results.
